Energy Star homes provide a complete range of features that will not only lower utility bills, but will offer year-round comfort and enhance the long-lasting value of your home. Some of the features we use include: Clad windows with argon gas and low e glass High efficient heat pumps with 90+ gas furnace back ups or geo-thermal systems. Blown cellulose insulation and or foam Sealing of all ductwork in the HVAC system Energy efficient appliances Mold proof shingles Proper ventilation House wrap Caulking all exterior plates, holes, cracks, windows and doors to dramatically reduce air infiltration.
